HVAC Technician – Installation, Maintenance & Repair

About the role

JMG is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join its electro‑mechanical team in Abidjan. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing a range of air‑conditioning and ventilation equipment across various industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and service split units, VRF/VRV systems, air handling units (AHUs) and related ventilation equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnose technical faults and implement effective troubleshooting solutions.
• Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance logs and technical documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and technical standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical qualification in HVAC, refrigeration or electromechanical fields.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Strong knowledge of air‑conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage site interventions.
• Fluent French language skills.
