ICT Talent Ecosystem Manager

About the role

Based in Abidjan, the ICT Talent Ecosystem Manager will lead the development, operation and maintenance of Huawei’s ICT talent ecosystem in Côte d’Ivoire. The role focuses on expanding university collaborations, delivering training and certification programs, creating localized content and promoting the ecosystem brand to build a sustainable local ICT talent pool.

Key responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with local universities and higher‑education institutions to expand the Huawei ICT Academy footprint and support long‑term campus talent cultivation.
• Organise and execute Huawei ICT competitions, youth entrepreneur training and other official certification programmes, ensuring smooth delivery and increased certification coverage.
• Create and manage localized ecosystem content such as articles, promotional videos and case studies, and operate local social‑media channels to boost brand visibility.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver offline and online ICT talent events, campus activities and industry exchanges to enrich the local ecosystem.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English for daily communication, business negotiations and project delivery.
• Experience in the education sector, media operations or related public‑engagement fields.
• Extroverted, proactive personality with strong interpersonal, negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to travel across borders and adapt to local overseas work arrangements.
• Age under 30 years.
