Internal and External Communications Executive

About the role

The Internal and External Communications Executive will drive clear, consistent, and engaging communication for one of ofi’s key origin markets in Côte d’Ivoire. You will support both internal employee engagement and external storytelling to strengthen the company’s reputation with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication campaigns that convey strategy, purpose, values, and local priorities.
• Create content for the realofi platform, emails, newsletters, town‑hall presentations, leadership updates, site noticeboards, and other offline channels.
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and site leaders to ensure alignment and employee engagement.
• Produce external communication assets, including social media content, media materials, event collateral, and local storytelling pieces.
• Coordinate with agencies, translators, photographers, designers, event vendors, and project teams as needed.
• Manage day‑to‑day content planning, drafting, channel coordination, and campaign delivery while escalating sensitive or reputational matters for approval.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate or brand communications.
• Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross‑functionally.
• Experience coordinating external agencies and production partners.
