International EHS Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking an International EHS Senior Manager to lead environmental, health and safety initiatives across our global flour and feed milling and trading operations. The role will ensure regulatory compliance, drive risk mitigation and foster a culture of safety excellence in diverse, often remote locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified global EH&S framework tailored to local regulations and cultural contexts.
• Oversee combustible dust and process safety programs, ensuring compliance with NFPA 61, ATEX and local standards.
• Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory teams to integrate EH&S with food safety audits and standards.
• Lead incident investigations, root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for safety, equipment and contamination events.
• Design and deliver multilingual EH&S training covering lockout/tagout, confined space entry, PPE use and other critical topics.
• Provide guidance on air emissions, wastewater and storm‑water compliance for grain handling and milling facilities.
• Conduct safety audits, risk surveys and provide feedback to site EH&S leaders to prioritize and remediate significant risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading EH&S programs in international industrial or agricultural environments.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 61, ATEX and related process safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Experience delivering training to multilingual teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of environmental regulations related to air, wastewater and storm‑water.
