Junior Marketing Manager

About the role

MANE, a family‑owned leader in flavor and fragrance, is looking for a strategic, growth‑oriented Junior Marketing Manager to own B2B marketing and consumer insights for the Home Care category across West Africa. Based in Abidjan, you will translate market shifts and consumer data into product concepts and client pitches that drive business development.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial, Fragrance Development and Technical teams to create data‑backed product presentations for regional consumer‑goods accounts.
• Analyze market indicators, macro‑economic trends and conduct gap analyses to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Plan and execute local marketing communications, client workshops, scent masterclasses and regional product exhibitions.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative consumer research projects, including questionnaire design, fieldwork monitoring, data analysis and insight reporting.
• Collaborate with EMEA Category Marketing teams and global research networks to pilot innovative consumer testing methodologies.
• Serve as the Global SSA Home Care Strategy & Commercial Assets Captain, ensuring regional category readiness.
