About the role

Enko Education is seeking a passionate English‑speaking Kindergarten Teacher to join its primary team in Abidjan. The role focuses on delivering a high‑quality early years curriculum that is play‑based, inquiry‑driven and centred on each learner’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver an English‑medium kindergarten programme aligned with international standards.
• Implement play‑based and inquiry‑driven teaching strategies to foster curiosity and critical thinking.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to support holistic development.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the primary department to ensure continuity of learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student wellbeing and achievement.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive and nurturing school environment.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification and proven experience in early years or kindergarten education.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Passion for student‑centred, play‑based learning approaches.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to the wellbeing and holistic development of children.
• Experience in an international or IB setting is an advantage.
