About the role
We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, coordinate and deploy competency‑building initiatives that support organisational performance and employee growth within a global food‑ingredients company.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze training needs and identify skill gaps across the organisation.
- Develop and drive the annual training plan.
- Coordinate leadership, onboarding, mentorship and talent development programmes.
- Manage external providers and the logistical organisation of trainings.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and promote digital learning solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and produce performance indicators.
- Support individual development plans and succession initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor/Master degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Management, Work Psychology or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development.
Required skills
- LMS administration.
