Magasinier H/F – Automotive Parts Storekeeper

About the role

The garage is seeking a dedicated Storekeeper (Magasinier) to manage the parts and consumables inventory for its automotive workshop in Yopougon, Abidjan. The role reports to the Workshop Manager / Director General and is essential for ensuring smooth workshop operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and record deliveries of spare parts, oils, tires, and batteries.
• Store, label, and organize items according to safety standards.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date entry/exit log using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts.
• Issue parts to mechanics based on release forms and monitor consumption.
• Identify stock shortages, alert management, and place supplier orders.
• Keep the store clean, orderly, and compliant with safety regulations.

Required profile

• BEP/CAP/BAC in Logistics, Management or a related field.
• Minimum one year experience in an automotive parts store or garage.
• Knowledge of automotive components.
• Attention to detail, honesty, organization, and a service‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency with Google Sheets.
