Management Trainee – Engineering Track (Internship)

About the role

MATICLINE Côte d'Ivoire is looking for a Management Trainee on the Engineering Track. The internship is based in Yamoussoukro but will involve field work across the Francophone African region, giving you direct exposure to markets, clients and production facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Visit wholesale markets, production sites and client locations to gather market insights.
• Support business development activities, including client acquisition and market expansion.
• Assist in project coordination, delivery monitoring and client follow‑up.
• Contribute to HR and administrative tasks such as recruitment support and office management.

Required profile

• Fluent French and working proficiency in English (improvement expected).
• Recent graduate with a BAC+5 level or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel extensively across West, North and East Africa.
