Marketing Assistant – Abidjan

About the role

MANE, a family‑owned leader in flavor and fragrance, is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join its Abidjan office. The role supports the sales, marketing and fragrance development teams by gathering market intelligence, managing product samples and maintaining internal databases.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and input product information, images and advertisements into the company’s picture store and internal databases.
• Monitor competitive landscape for personal care and household products.
• Source product details and samples, label them and keep the sample library up‑to‑date.
• Provide market insights and new ideas to internal stakeholders.
• Support corporate social responsibility initiatives, ethics compliance and health‑safety activities.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or certificate in Marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure.
• Ethical mindset aligned with company values and sustainability focus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
