Mid/Senior Web Developer – Full-Stack (React/Next.js)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid to Senior Web Developer to design, build and maintain high‑performance, SEO‑optimised web applications. The role bridges marketing requirements with technical implementation, ensuring seamless data flow between our website, HubSpot, Salesforce and iPaaS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated data pipelines that sync leads across website, HubSpot, Salesforce and iPaaS tools without leakage.
• Build fast, responsive front‑end interfaces using React or Next.js, adhering to SEO best practices.
• Create and document REST/SOAP API integrations linking internal systems to external digital tools.
• Translate marketing briefs into clear technical specifications for IT teams and external agencies.
• Monitor system uptime, apply security patches and perform regular maintenance.
• Execute hot‑fix deployments to resolve critical bugs, broken links or security issues quickly.
• Design efficient MySQL database structures for rapid data retrieval and reporting.
• Produce technical audits and governance reports on external agency deliverables.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field (post‑graduate degree or certifications are a plus).
• 3–5 years of full‑stack development experience, preferably in a corporate B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of data mapping and synchronization across disparate platforms.
• High proficiency in English to act as a technical translator between marketing, IT and external partners.
