About the role

Our client operating in the hydrocarbons and energy sector is expanding its finance and administration team in Abidjan. Several entry‑level and junior positions are open, ranging from reception and billing to accounting, financial analysis and reprography support. All roles are based on‑site in Abidjan and offer the opportunity to develop professional skills within a dynamic energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and manage front‑office communications (Reception Agents).
• Prepare and process invoices, verify billing data (Billing Agents).
• Maintain client account records, reconcile statements (Client Accountants).
• Handle fixed‑asset accounting, payroll calculations and related reporting (Asset & Payroll Accountant).
• Process supplier invoices, ensure timely payments (Supplier Accountants).
• Support monthly financial consolidation and basic analysis (Financial Analyst).
• Operate reprography equipment and manage document reproduction requests (Reprography Agent).

Required profile

• Educational level ranging from BEPC to BAC+4, depending on the position.
• Experience requirements vary from 0 to 3 years, with most roles targeting recent graduates.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
