About the role

MD Holding is expanding its operations in Côte d'Ivoire and is seeking a wide range of qualified professionals to join its industrial, technical, commercial and administrative teams. The company offers permanent positions across multiple functions, from electricity and welding to logistics, sales and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems.
• Perform welding tasks according to technical specifications.
• Coordinate the flow of products and materials throughout the production and distribution chain.
• Plan production schedules and ensure optimal use of resources.
• Conduct quality inspections and validate final product compliance.
• Develop and manage client relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Handle accounting, invoicing and financial reporting activities.
• Provide administrative support and manage front‑office operations.

Required profile

• Technical diploma (CAP, BTS, or higher) in electricity, electrotechnics, welding, logistics, production planning, commerce or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience for most technical and industrial roles; 5 years for senior commercial positions.
• Relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• For administrative and reception roles, secondary education (Bac to Bac+2) with up to 3 years of experience.
