About the role

MG Home Service, a leading provider of personal services in Côte d'Ivoire, is seeking a dedicated nanny to work at the homes of its clients in Abidjan. The employee will be hired by the company and assigned to one or more families, following regular schedules tailored to each household’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily care routines for children, including hygiene, dressing, and nap times.
• Support children in developing autonomy and monitor their general health.
• Plan and conduct age‑appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Prepare and serve meals, and maintain a clean and organized living environment.
• Communicate relevant information to parents and the sector manager.

Required profile

• Minimum education: BEPC.
• At least 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
• Key personal qualities: discretion, integrity, kindness, attentiveness, politeness, pedagogical approach, autonomy, initiative, observation, and good presentation.
• Fluent in French.
