Offshore Crane Operator – Safety Focused

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Crane Operator to join our deck crew on critical offshore energy projects. You will be responsible for safe and efficient lifting operations while adhering to strict HSEQ standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain deck cranes in accordance with the STAR Maintenance System.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on crane equipment.
• Ensure all daily activities comply with company HSEQ policies, legal regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Participate in deck crew duties, supply boat operations, and emergency response tasks.
• Act as banksman and slinger, support MOB (Man Overboard) crew, and contribute to installation cleaning.

Required profile

• Valid crane operator certificate – minimum Sparrow Level 3.
• Good command of English.
• Relevant offshore experience equivalent to a rigger or deck crew member on mobile units or merchant vessels.
