Onsite IT Support Engineer

About the role

AVASO Technology is looking for an Onsite IT Support Engineer to join its Daloa office. You will provide hands‑on desktop support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure end‑users have reliable IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site and remote desktop support for Windows, macOS and Linux workstations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network problems (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals and operating system images.
• Manage user accounts, group policies and security settings in Active Directory.
• Use SCCM or MDT for software deployment and system imaging.
• Perform routine system audits, apply updates and enforce security best practices.
• Create technical documentation and provide end‑user training as needed.
• Collaborate with the IT team, log tickets and follow ITIL incident, problem and change processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
