Operations Readiness Program Manager – Côte d'Ivoire

About the role

Zipline is seeking an Operations Readiness Program Manager to lead the launch of its Long Range Platform across Côte d’Ivoire. You will be responsible for ensuring each new site is fully prepared to operate safely, efficiently and at scale from the first flight onward.

Key responsibilities

• Own operational readiness for Long Range Platform launches across Côte d’Ivoire, ensuring sites launch safely and at scale.
• Manage multiple concurrent site launches, tracking dependencies, risks, milestones and launch‑critical deliverables through structured reviews and escalation mechanisms.
• Define and oversee readiness milestones covering staffing, training, regulatory approvals, facility activation, community engagement, engineering readiness, equipment deployment and launch support.
• Partner with Recruiting, Academy and Country Leadership to hire, onboard and train operational teams to meet launch timelines.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Supply Chain, Procurement, Construction and Engineering teams to ensure health facilities, inventory, equipment and infrastructure are ready for first flight.
• Drive post‑launch reviews and continuous‑improvement initiatives to strengthen launch quality and long‑term site performance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of program management, operations or deployment enablement experience in a complex, technical or field‑based environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and aggressive timelines.
• Strong operational judgment and the capacity to distinguish between completed activities and true operational readiness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling alignment and decision‑making across teams.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English and legal authorization to work in Côte d’Ivoire.
