Premium Agent Network Officer

About the role

We are hiring a Premium Agent Network Officer to join our team in Abidjan, reporting to the Premium Agent Network Manager. You will help identify, train, roll out, and manage a network of premium agencies across Côte d'Ivoire.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and select premium agent outlets, identifying new locations and acquiring premises according to selection criteria.
• Negotiate and obtain approvals for premises, securing contracts with landowners for required space.
• Coordinate setup of premium outlets, ensuring contractors are assigned, licensing is completed, branding is applied and the checklist is met.
• Train premium agents and assistants on product knowledge using the training manual and assessment checklist.
• Approve and hand over completed outlets to the Premium Cash Officer, conducting initial training and activating the location.
• Monitor agents’ performance against targets through regular reporting, mystery shopping, and customer feedback analysis.
• Oversee outlet maintenance, fixing or replacing equipment as needed and ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Manage partnership contracts, including multi‑risk insurance for new agencies and agreements with maintenance service providers.
