Procurement Coordinator / Project Buyer

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator/Project Buyer to lead purchasing activities for assigned project commodities. The role ensures compliance with corporate procedures and project requirements while supporting cost‑effective procurement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end purchasing processes for project‑specific materials, services, and man‑hours.
• Support procurement strategies, coordinate with internal engineering and project teams, and mitigate procurement‑related risks.
• Source vendors, conduct commercial negotiations, and perform cost analysis to achieve optimal pricing.
• Issue and manage purchase orders, amendments, and track supplier performance.
• Ensure adherence to quality, contractual, and project standards throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or project purchasing.
• Proven track record managing purchasing activities within industrial or EPC projects.
• Ability to analyze market costs for materials, services, and labor.
• Experience in vendor identification, supplier evaluation, and strong commercial/contractual negotiation.
• Fluent in English and French; Ivorian citizenship preferred.
