Product Intern - Payments

About the role

The Visa Internship Program offers a 12-week placement in the Product team within the CEMEA region, where Visa focuses on a holistic product strategy to deliver products faster and more relevant to local markets. The internship covers market research, product strategy and definition, and support for product delivery to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Market research and intelligence, including competitor benchmarking
• Define product strategy for core products and digital solutions
• Define the product range, including features, benefits and pricing
• Support new products and platforms development, and adapt products to local market needs and issuer-level customization
• Help structure the CVP through in-house development and partnerships
• Deliver products to clients, including marketing materials
• Support product ideation, concept testing, data analytics, product material preparation and sales activities to clients

Required profile

• Student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, graduating in December 2027 or summer 2028
• Available for a summer internship (June to August 2026)
• Able to start a graduate role by June 2027
• Majors in Business, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields welcome

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills desired
• Superior analytical and financial analysis skills
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence key stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
