Project Manager

About the role

KATSU SAS is seeking a Project Manager to lead consulting engagements from inception to delivery. Reporting to the Mission Manager, you will ensure projects meet client expectations, stay on schedule, and adhere to budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans aligned with client needs.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of consultants and analysts, assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to maintain quality and continuity.
• Monitor project budgets, track costs and ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Review all deliverables before submission to guarantee compliance with KATSU standards and client requirements.
• Produce structured progress reports and post‑project reviews for internal and client stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4 to 7 years of project management experience, preferably in consulting, operations or multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Master’s degree (Bac + 5) in Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum or equivalent.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
