Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a fluent French‑English speaker to join our fully remote customer support team. As the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, you will handle inbound calls, live chat, and email, delivering friendly and effective assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English via voice, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
