Responsable Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations of an industrial partner in Abidjan. The role involves overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, ensuring equipment reliability, and managing a technical team to support continuous production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all plant equipment.
• Coordinate corrective maintenance activities to minimise downtime.
• Lead, coach and evaluate a team of technicians and engineers.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as MTBF and MTTR.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets and spare‑parts inventory.

Required profile

• University degree (BAC+5) in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance teams in an industrial setting.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
