Responsable Marketing – Assurance Santé

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of health insurance products for a major insurance company based in Abidjan Plateau. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, acquiring new clients, and strengthening relationships with existing policyholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy.
• Manage communication activities to boost brand visibility.
• Support commercial teams in prospecting and client acquisition.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence.
• Prepare reports and analyse performance metrics.
• Promote health insurance and coverage products to prospects.
• Design and execute awareness campaigns and prospecting initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) or higher in Marketing, Communication, Commerce, Business Management, Digital Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Additional training in insurance, banking, finance or customer relationship management is a plus.
