About the role
SKYNITY Lifescience, a fast‑growing pharmaceutical company, is seeking an energetic, results‑driven Sales Manager to lead its sales teams across West and Central Africa. The role reports to the Africa Cluster Head and will be based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales performance across assigned countries.
- Manage, coach and develop Sales Supervisors and field teams.
- Set sales targets, monitor KPIs and ensure achievement.
- Strengthen field execution, customer coverage and territory planning.
- Work closely with distributors, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
- Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.
- Identify growth opportunities and build a high‑performing sales team.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in Francophone Sub‑Saharan Africa.
- Proven experience in team management and field‑force leadership.
- Experience managing Sales Supervisors and Medical Representatives.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel across West & Central Africa.
- Energetic, self‑driven, adaptable and ownership‑focused.
