Sales Operations Manager - Abidjan

About the role

A Sales Operations Manager position based in Abidjan is open to candidates with a strong background in operations, sales analysis and distribution. The role sits at the intersection of sales performance, product distribution and inventory management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in operations management, sales analysis, distribution or commercial operations.
• Proven experience in a distribution, FMCG, trading or similar product-driven business environment.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, market analysis, product distribution and inventory management.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis and dashboard development (mandatory).
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially in sales reporting, inventory management and operational analysis (mandatory).
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, reporting and cross-functional coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to turn complex data into practical business recommendations.
