Sales Operations Manager

About the role

Yango Group is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support the efficient functioning of its business operations in Ivory Coast. This hybrid position combines administrative, operational and analytical tasks to help drive performance across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support across different business functions.
• Manage schedules, coordinate meetings and handle internal and external communications.
• Collect, analyse and prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support workflow optimisation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support project execution.

Required profile

• Project management skills with the ability to understand business and operational needs.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organisational, technical and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in a client‑facing role (preferred).
• English proficiency (B2‑C1) and conversational Spanish.
• Personal laptop for office use when required.
• Availability to work in a hybrid format and attend the office as needed.
