Senior Network Engagement Director – Africa

About the role

Teach For All is seeking a senior leader to steer its partner network across Africa. The role provides executive‑level strategic counsel to partner CEOs and emerging entrepreneurs, ensuring organisational health, sustainability and impact at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic advisor to a portfolio of partner CEOs, prospective CEOs and senior leadership teams.
• Assess organisational health, performance, risks and opportunities, and set priorities for regional investment.
• Allocate cross‑functional support and coordinate global expertise to accelerate partner growth.
• Lead in‑country support missions, including organisational diagnosis, executive coaching, stakeholder engagement and ecosystem analysis.
• Advise on organisational strategy, programme quality, theory of change, operating models, governance and leadership effectiveness.

Required profile

• Extensive experience working with senior executives in education or nonprofit sectors.
• Proven track record in organisational development, regional strategy and resource mobilisation.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑country portfolios and travel across Africa.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills, with a focus on impact and sustainability.
