Senior PR Communications Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior PR Communications Executive to lead brand awareness, digital marketing, and communications initiatives across Sub‑Saharan Africa, including East Africa. The role will shape integrated marketing campaigns, manage social media and content strategies, and strengthen our presence in the direct‑selling industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies tailored to regional market needs.
• Strengthen brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and markets.
• Plan, implement, and optimise social media, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Create, edit, and review marketing content for digital and print platforms.
• Manage website and digital content updates using content management systems.
• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, media partners, and influencers.
• Support regional events, CSR communications, and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Proven mid‑to‑senior level experience in marketing, communications or digital marketing.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills in English and French.
• Native‑level proficiency in spoken and written English and French.
• Creative thinker with strong stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
