Senior Sales Engineer – HVAC

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer specialized in HVAC to drive business growth across commercial and industrial projects. The role blends technical expertise with commercial acumen to promote and sell high‑value HVAC solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC sector.
• Generate sales through project specifications, tenders, and direct client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, MEP contractors, and corporate clients.
• Promote and sell HVAC solutions including VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation equipment.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients and consultants.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high‑value sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in the HVAC or MEP industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing major HVAC projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship‑management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan‑coil units (FCUs) and ventilation equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using CRM systems for sales pipeline management.
