Social Media Marketing Manager – Côte d’Ivoire

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing professional to lead the social media strategy and execution for our brand in Côte d’Ivoire. Reporting to the Headquarter Marketing Manager and Country Manager, you will shape the online presence and drive engagement across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly and quarterly social media calendars aligned with brand priorities, product launches and local campaigns.
• Monitor local social media trends, consumer interests and competitor activities, providing actionable insights for content and campaign optimisation.
• Plan and execute localized social media content, including campaign assets, always‑on posts, product storytelling and engagement‑driven pieces.
• Coordinate with design, video, PR and sales teams to create integrated campaigns that support business objectives.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth and content effectiveness, analysing results and recommending improvements.
• Support the brand’s online communication tone, creative direction and audience engagement strategy to ensure consistency with the brand image.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content planning and local digital trends.
• Familiarity with the Côte d’Ivoire market and audience preferences.
• Fluent in French; English is a plus.
