Specialist, Client Management Orchestrator

About the role

The Specialist, Client Management Orchestrator is responsible for end‑to‑end orchestration of all processes and services managed by Client Management within Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking (CCIB) and Business Banking (BB). The role ensures seamless client experiences, drives clients to a ready‑to‑transact state quickly, and supports relationship managers with documentation and advisory needs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end orchestration across all Client Management processes and services.
• Engage clients throughout the journey to ensure smooth delivery and optimal experience.
• Own and drive execution of processes in collaboration with RMs, product sales, operations and other stakeholders.
• Provide quality support and advice to Relationship Managers on documentation and channel activation.
• Ensure alignment between CCIB business and Client Management through regular engagement on priorities and issues.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain relationship health of client accounts and adhere to first‑time‑right principles.
• Support the implementation of a scalable, best‑in‑class Client Management model based on client tiering.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial banking processes.
• Experience working with relationship managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage complex cases and drive them to a ready‑to‑transact state.
