About the role

The Centre for the Promotion of Human Rights and Development in Africa is seeking a senior specialist to lead complex evaluation methodologies, focusing on contribution analysis and outcome harvesting. The role will ensure rigorous analysis of program contributions, results, and sustainability across social and environmental projects in Côte d'Ivoire.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the application of contribution analysis and outcome harvesting across all evaluation activities.
• Design and deliver training to the evaluation team on selected methodological protocols.
• Guarantee the quality, reliability and validity of causal claims through robust quality‑assurance processes.
• Provide primary input to the analysis of contribution results, catalytic outcomes, effectiveness and durability.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or PhD in Evaluation Methods, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 8‑12 years of senior‑level experience in impact evaluation and contribution analysis.
• Deep expertise in Contribution Analysis, Outcome Harvesting and Theory of Change approaches.
