Stagiaire Communication & Suivi EUDR (H/F)

About the role

This internship supports Mainland Group Holding’s compliance with the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). The trainee will work within the administrative and project team, ensuring smooth English‑language communication and keeping internal tools up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit and respond to emails, reports and notes related to EUDR in English.
• Maintain regular contact with English‑speaking partners, clients and regulators.
• Update and manage internal databases and tracking tools.
• Use Microsoft Office applications to prepare documents and spreadsheets.
• Adapt quickly to new internal software platforms as required.

Required profile

• Fluent oral and written English; native speakers are strongly encouraged.
• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bac+2/Bac+3 program in Applied Foreign Languages, International Commerce, Communication, Management or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required – suitable for beginners, students or recent graduates.
• Strong attention to detail, good writing ability and organizational skills.
