About the role

MAIOR AFRICA GROUP is looking for a motivated IT intern to support its technical team in Abidjan. You will gain hands‑on experience with software installation, maintenance, and client support while working on real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist technicians in installing and configuring ORCHESTRA software at client sites.
• Participate, under supervision, in maintenance and technical assistance interventions.
• Help draft and update technical documentation.
• Conduct tests and verifications before delivering equipment and software to clients.
• Learn technical audit and diagnostic methods used by the team.
• Provide first‑level support tasks such as simple assistance and call handling.
• Report progress regularly to the internship supervisor.

Required profile

• Student in computer science, networking or a related field (BTS, DUT, Licence or higher).
• Basic knowledge of computer networks and operating systems.
• Interest in hospitality, restaurant or commerce management software.
• Available internship agreement from your educational institution.
• Strong written and spoken French.
