Store Manager – Commercial Focus (Abidjan)

About the role

The company, a small‑medium enterprise specialized in food and beverage sales, is looking for a Store Manager with a commercial focus to lead one of its retail points in Abidjan. The role combines client relationship management, sales supervision, and logistical coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and oversee the sales team.
• Ensure efficient deliveries and assist delivery staff when needed.
• Maintain product availability both in stock and at customer locations.
• Collect outstanding debts and handle packaging returns.
• Organize procurement, improve work procedures, and produce daily reports.
• Achieve set qualitative and quantitative sales targets.
• Manage equipment, workspace, and the loading/unloading of goods.
• Cover for delivery personnel, warehouse staff, and other store managers during absences.

Required profile

• High school diploma (BAC) with a focus on commercial management or sales.
• Proficient computer user.
• Strong decision‑making and communication skills.
• Valid driving licence (category AB or ABCDE).
• Experience in cash handling, invoicing, logistics, sales, team leadership, stock management, digital marketing, or accounting is a plus.
• Residence near Cocody Faya is advantageous.
