About the role

The Packing Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cement packing facility in Côte d'Ivoire. The role ensures that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining safety and equipment reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the shift team to guarantee effective execution of plant activities and daily production goals.
• Act as the team leader for the assigned shift, ensuring clear direction and accountability.
• Review and validate production control sheets (ATC) within the required timeframes.
• Supervise cement loading into trucks during the shift.
• Monitor the operation of packing plant equipment throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with maintenance engineers to schedule timely repairs and routine maintenance.
• Enforce the use of personal protective equipment to prevent accidents.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for plant operators.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the team leader.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in the cement industry.
• Proficiency in English.
