Supply Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Supply Acquisition Specialist will own the end‑to‑end supply engine for a technology‑driven corporate shuttle network in Abidjan. This hybrid hunter‑and‑account‑manager role involves identifying and contracting bus owners, onboarding their drivers, and ensuring the fleet remains active, profitable and cost‑efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire bus owners, small fleet operators, transport cooperatives and leasing companies, building a mapped database across garages, depots and industry networks.
• Qualify vehicles against standards for age, capacity, air‑conditioning, insurance, inspection, documentation and driver availability.
• Manage the full commercial cycle from first contact through inspection, negotiation, contract signing and pipeline tracking in the CRM.
• Oversee driver certification, training on app usage, route discipline, safety etiquette and documentation, delivering training in French.
• Serve as primary contact for contracted fleet partners, handling performance reviews, invoicing, payment issues and dispute resolution while monitoring daily supply health.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in supply acquisition, fleet management, transport operations, field sales or partner/network development.
• Demonstrated track record of acquiring and signing fleet partners.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.

• CRM usage for pipeline management.
