Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead the planning, sourcing, movement and availability of resources and materials across Quantum LC Ltd. Working closely with internal departments and external partners, the role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency and high supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual procurement plan aligned with budgeting and strategic objectives.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with reliable suppliers, securing cost‑effective contracts and payment terms.
• Manage third‑party freight forwarders and warehouse operations to guarantee on‑time, damage‑free deliveries.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as order cycle time, inventory turnover and transport cost per unit.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, establishing performance standards and addressing bottlenecks.
• Create contingency plans to mitigate supply‑chain risks and market fluctuations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of supply‑chain experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial position.
• Proven ability to optimise supply‑chain performance, manage supplier relationships and control inventory levels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs such as OTIF delivery rate and cost efficiency.
