System Tests Manager

About the role

Alstom is seeking a full-time System Tests Manager to lead the integration and performance verification of railway and transport systems in Abidjan. You will work closely with I&V leaders, Subsystem Testing Managers and the Configuration Manager to ensure seamless testing sequencing and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor system testing procedures and oversee the preparation of subsystem testing procedures.
• Manage testing resources, means and configuration to execute system and subsystem tests.
• Coordinate detailed schedules aligned with the Master Schedule to guarantee logical testing sequencing.
• Organise and lead coordination meetings, track progress and adjust execution plans as needed.
• Execute system tests, supervise subsystem tests and compile comprehensive testing reports.
• Collect, review and consolidate testing reserves punch lists and drive their closure.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (mandatory); electrical or mechanical background is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a testing or commissioning leader in railway, SCADA or telecom projects.
• International project experience and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and organisational abilities.
