Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT and telecom projects, from feasibility studies and scoping through deployment and production. You will ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality targets while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise project execution according to approved plans, monitoring timelines, costs, and deliverable quality.
• Apply best‑practice project management methodologies, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Facilitate effective communication among teams, clients, and suppliers; organize and lead project status meetings.
• Document meeting outcomes and maintain accurate project records.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of standardized project management processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC+4) or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 4‑5 years of experience managing technical or IT projects.
• Solid understanding of networks, telecommunications, and service platforms.
• Knowledge of BSS (Business Support Systems) and OSS (Operations Support Systems).
• Experience with full‑cycle project delivery, from requirements analysis to specification writing.

Required skills

• Project management tools: MS Project, Jira, OrangeScrum.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or DevOps environments.
• Understanding of BSS and OSS telecom information systems.
• Competence in networking and telecommunications concepts.
• Software testing, validation, and compliance techniques.
• Integration of IT solutions.
