Technicien Électricien – Climatisation Industrielle (HVAC)

About the role

The company is looking for an Industrial HVAC Technician to join the maintenance team of a major cement and industrial player in Côte d’Ivoire. Reporting to the Electrical Engineer / Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure the availability of critical climate control equipment in high‑voltage rooms, control rooms, and laboratories through preventive, corrective and curative actions.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair industrial air‑conditioning units, including Split, Multi‑Split, VRF/VRV, UTA/CTA, chillers and ventilation systems.
• Maintain continuous cooling for high‑voltage rooms, MCC rooms and the Central Control Room.
• Perform periodic inspections, monitor operating parameters and detect refrigerant leaks.
• Assist in the installation of new HVAC equipment and energy‑efficiency projects.
• Complete intervention reports and update the CMMS (GMAO) system.

Required profile

• BTS, DUT, HND or Professional Licence in Refrigeration & Air‑Conditioning, Climate Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics or Industrial Maintenance.
• Up to 3 years of experience in industrial HVAC maintenance.
• Experience in cement, mining, metallurgy, power plant or heavy industry is strongly desired.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Split, Multi‑Split, VRF/VRV, UTA/CTA and chiller systems.
• Ability to detect and repair refrigerant leaks.
• Familiarity with HVAC electrical cabinets, PLC/regulation automates and measurement instruments.
• Proficiency in using a CMMS (GMAO) for reporting and tracking maintenance activities.
