Technicien Fibre Optique – Stage

About the role

NETIC ENTREPRISE is looking for motivated interns to train as Fiber Optic Technicians. Under the supervision of an experienced technician or team leader, you will gain hands‑on experience in the installation, testing and maintenance of fiber optic networks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical site visits and record field measurements.
• Pull and install fiber optic cables, prepare cables and optical boxes.
• Install PCO, PTO, sleeves and accessories; connect FTTH customers.
• Assist with fiber splicing, use photometer, light source and OTDR for testing.
• Participate in maintenance, fault diagnosis and resolution.
• Perform DATA and VOIP tests, capture photos and GPS coordinates.
• Complete daily intervention reports and ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or holder of a diploma in telecommunications, networking, electronics, electrotechnics, industrial IT or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of fiber optics or telecom networks.
• Motivated to learn a technical trade, punctual, disciplined and able to work in a team.
• Good physical condition and willingness to travel to project sites.
