About the role

The company is looking for a Cold Technician to install, maintain and repair refrigeration, air‑conditioning and ventilation equipment in Abidjan. The role involves both preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of cooling installations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service and repair refrigeration, air‑conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all cold‑room and HVAC installations.
• Diagnose faults, propose technical solutions and perform refrigerant recharging in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor equipment performance, optimise efficiency and ensure proper documentation of interventions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment availability.

Required profile

• CAP, BT, BTS or equivalent diploma in Refrigeration & Air‑Conditioning, Thermal Engineering or Industrial Maintenance.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration circuits, electrical components and automation.
• Rigorous, autonomous, methodical and able to work well in a team.
• Available for emergency interventions and able to follow a maintenance schedule.
