Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all warehouse activities, managing spare parts and equipment stock movements. The role supports sales and service departments by ensuring timely provision of parts and maintains a lean, 5S‑compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of material handlers, handling evaluation and training.
• Ensure inbound and outbound processes are followed and resolve any related issues.
• Organise physical inventories and analyse stock variances.
• Implement and monitor 5S processes and support related audits.
• Maintain safety standards in the warehouse and yard for employees and external parties.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the supply chain.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience supervising in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to manage inventory and analyse data.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Good knowledge of IT systems used in logistics.
