Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will assist customers in French-speaking regions, providing friendly, solution-focused service through chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and calls.
• Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical or order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
