Workshop / Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Workshop/Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for organising and coordinating all activities related to equipment maintenance within one or more workshop facilities in Ivory Coast. The role includes developing reliability programmes, managing the department budget and ensuring compliance with safety and quality policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate workshop activities to meet operational, project and engineering delivery schedules.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and repaired in line with company policies and certification requirements.
• Record equipment movements and maintain documentation to guarantee procedural compliance.
• Develop and implement programmes that enhance service quality and equipment reliability.
• Supervise workshop staff, conduct toolbox talks, and reinforce Stop Work Authority.
• Report incidents and non‑conformances according to established procedures.
• Liaise with operations to track third‑party rental items and ensure timely returns.

Required profile

• Technical qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant technical experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of SAP system.
