Accounting/Finance Referent & Tax Specialist

About the role

Eni is seeking an Accounting/Finance Referent & Tax Specialist to join Versalis International Côte d’Ivoire in Abidjan. You will support administrative, accounting, finance, tax and compliance activities, ensuring accurate records and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks, maintain company records, contracts and coordinate with external advisors, banks and authorities.
• Support accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, financial reporting and transaction reconciliation.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensure compliance with local tax regulations, liaise with tax advisors and auditors, and monitor legislative changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Significant professional experience in accounting, finance or administration.
• Strong understanding of accounting and taxation principles, high integrity and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP (advantageous).
• Excellent organisational, detail‑oriented and independent work capabilities.
