About the role

Keraby, a specialist in the baby and child product market, is looking for a Commercial and Digital Development Agent to help expand its customer base and strengthen its online sales channels. You will work closely with the management team to drive growth both in‑person and through digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and grow the existing portfolio.
• Manage digital sales via WhatsApp Business and other online channels.
• Maintain and update the company’s e‑commerce website.
• Track orders and ensure high‑quality customer service.
• Foster client loyalty and develop new commercial partnerships.
• Contribute to the implementation of Keraby’s commercial and digital strategy.
• Prepare analyses, dashboards, and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC+2) in Commerce, Marketing, Communication, Management or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in commercial development, sales, digital or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp Business.
• Competence in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing an e‑commerce website and digital tools.
