About the role
We are seeking three motivated individuals to join our debt‑collection team at EL'SOLUTION in Abidjan. This fixed‑term position focuses on recovering overdue payments while maintaining professional relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Contact debtors to recover outstanding amounts.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and communications.
Required profile
- Passion for numbers and strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent written communication and synthesis abilities.
- Clear verbal expression and good diction.
- Ability to work under pressure and negotiate effectively.
- Proactive, courteous, and respectful attitude.
- Team‑oriented, consistent, and attentive listener.
- Residence in Cocody, Angré, Riviera or surrounding areas is an advantage.
Required skills
- BAC+2 in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
